Connect power supply, open power supply, open oil pump, judge oil pump rotation direction.

Open the power, remove the emergency stop protection, close the protective door, press the oil pump start button.

Judge oil pump motor rotation direction, if the motor reverse, to replace the phase sequence.

Step 1: The two valve switches on the accumulator must be in the open position. At this point the pressure gauge reading 0, knife holder in the lower dead center position

Step 2: Turn on the machine oil pump button.

Step 3: With the hexagon wrench, press and hold the charging valve button on the valve body has not been put. At this point the pressure gauge reading increases, tool carrier rise

Step 4: Observe The accumulator pressure gauge reading is about 16Mpa, immediately fast lock picture valve. Release the charging valve button at the same time. Because of the time difference between the locking process and the release of the charging valve button, the pressure gauge after locking shows a pressure of about 9 Mpa

Step 5: Finally Tighten the valve shown in the picture. Charging complete, tool rest in normal position. (the roadster then observes the return speed and whether it can hold the plate down.)
