Brief introduction of Plasma Cutting Machine This machine adopts integrated design as well as a combination of CNC, mechanical transmission and thermal cutting. 1. Especially Designed for thin sheet cutting, and best performance cutting thickness is from 0.5 to 3mm. Maximum working speed can be 15m per minute.
2. Suggest work with plasma generator with P80 torch. We will supply water pump and water spray equipment, that can help decrease smoke and dust during cutting and decrease the sheet heat distortion during plasma cutting.
3. Used air cylinder to control torch lifting up and down, that make the machine higher cutting efficiency.
4. This machine is widely used in air hose, advertisement and kitchen area, and it can work with expanded software like CAMDUCT.

Dual drive 1000W*2+750W+400W Panasonic servo motors with planetary reducers with helical gear and rack.Single tool,and can be both with plasma and flame torch. Available to add one extra tool to realize double plasma,or double flame,or one plasma one flame both with torch height control.
