1.Welded steel structure and vibratory stress relief,so the precision is well maintained.
2.Pedal switch controls the brake motor ,and driving the main axis with reducer box directly.
3.Adopts small cutting number and inner slanting construction to improve the cutting quality.
4.Adopts manual adjusting device for blade gap,with numerical display,easy to get the right blade gap.
5. Disc spring hydraulic device with enough pressure to avoid displacement of working pieces and ensure the cutting precision.
6.Adopts pneumatic back gauge ,easy for cutting thin and long steel plate.
7.Polyurethane pressure pad to ensure the surface would not be damaged when cutting the steel plate.
